Q: Father rented a property after his death wants to increase the rent

My father rented his property in 1983 - 84. Considering standard rent at that time. Father passed away in 2011. Now , can I ask all tenants to increase rent ? Is there any provision in law for this ? Or I have to continue with old trivial rent .

R u and ur property is from maharashtra cauze there is diff laws in evry state in maharashtra u can file a case in small causes court for increasing rent as a legal heir against old tenants

Q: Is it possible to get identify of a person if I have her number

A girl cheated on me over internet. i have her phone number. how can find the girl and take a legal action over her?

U can file a complaint for cheating against the girl who cheated on u with police police will find the girl with their procedure or u can also file a complaint in cyber cell the cyber cell department

Q: Possession of rent property on expiry of leave & license agreement

The leave and licence agreement has expired but tenant not vacating and refusing to pay double the rent as per agreement and clause says we can take possession without recourse to law How do we take possession

If the agreement is registered and eviction clause is there u can send him notice of eviction. If he refused to evict he became a trespasser u can take help of police machinery. If u want u can also file a case in competent authority for eviction.

Q: Is an 11 months agreement the safest to make

Is there any legal obligation on owner for giving his house for office use for 3 years ? Is 11 months agreement is more safe than 3 year's?

Hi , No there is not any obligation in owner to give his premises for 3 years. U can make 11 months agreement but it must be registered. if any dispute arise in future it will be valid proof

Q: What to do if daughter is harrasing and torturing mother

I am a Hindu lady 46 years old and my daughter is 26 years and I am a single mother. She is been the most difficult child since childhood and as everyone advised and normally we think that with time and age she will change and realise.but with time and age she become more aggressive, and difficult to live with. she keep abusing and harrasing me.. threatens me, embarrass me in front of my circle / family and out in society.. her language is so abusive and dangerous that nobody can compete her so my parents and other family members avoid getting into any dirty abusive situation.. she doesn't think once about respect or society before humiliating me anywhere in any situation .
