But later two sisters did not give evidence in probate case and filed affidavit that they dont want to give evidence nd proceed in the case. This line of we don't want to give evidence nd proceed in the case is Noc or not. What does it means?. We are hindu

Q: rent lease of a joint property

we have a joint property. Earlier the rent lease was also joint. it expired on august 2016. Recently the tenant has made a lease agreement on behalf of me, my sigature was done by my father, who stays with my elder brother and my elder brother is a co -sharer in this property, but my father has no title in this property. Partion suite is already filed in the year 2018 and the verdict has not come yet. tenant and my brother are trying to get me out of this property. i have 40% share with registered sale deed.what should i do?

dear client since the property is joint how can you in individual capacity rent the property ... the lease deed is invalid..... send a legal notice terminating the said lease and then you can pursue a lease deed in your signature ....for any query or help feel free to revert back .

Hi I have filed for divorce with my husband 2 months ago and the guy didn't appear on 3 dates and the divorce paper they received and return back to court.So court ordered for Ex Parte. The court asked for my written statement to be submitted infront of theem.The day when my statement was to to filed the guy appeared and filed for contest.Already he is fighting for bail at high court and the court has ordered to give some specific amount then only the court will grant him bail.Kindly suggest how will i get divorce early as he has filed for contest in ex parts.please help me out with quick solution for divorce as I don't want any alumani ,just immediate divorce.
