Sir I am an employee who was made aurthorised signatory in a company thru a board resolution I and CEO signed cheque which have bounced , matters in court one. Q: Regards joining in SBI as PO/Clerk

A false fir has been filed against my father in which my name is also included under ipc 1860. As, I'm preparing for SBI this year and a column in form goes like "Do you have adverse report regarding character & antecedents, moral tupitude - Yes/no" so what does this mean exactly and what should I mark?also am i eligible for applying in SBI?

Q: Muslim boy converting to hindu religion will it effect job

i am a muslim boy and i want to marry a hindu girl for that her parents have condition that i need to marry as per hindu marriage act in court and i am ready for that.but my doudt is that if i want to do marriage as per hindu marriage act i will have to convert to hindu first and i will get a conversion letter also.but as i am muslim by birth so we have reservation in government jobs.so if i do conversation just for the sake of marriage and then i want to do any government job so can i apply as muslim and take the benifit of reservation? will it be illegal if i get a job in muslim seat? or that caste conversation will be limited till marriage only?

Q: Addition/removal of petitioners name from a case

ir/mam, i would like to know from you that how the name of petitioners can be added in a current case or few names removed, in our case, our main petitioner has threatened to remove our name.Can we file a new case in the same matter. Thanks and Regards Sumedh Gawande

Thanks and Regards Sumedh Gawande. you are required to tell me in which court your case is pending. by filing an application for delition or taking on record the new party, the same may be done.
