Q: What to do if husband is mentally torturing me

I can't find any way for ... Normal life with my husband..he is taking ganja , drinking a lot ,not giveing any attention at home , hiding cameras at home ... I fell so insecure everyday he is making issue and fighting with me since 1 ye. Not leaving with me as husband and wife... He is thinking on his own that I m a bad women who is behind him for spoiling his life ... But this is not true. If it is the thing then y should I meet suffering alot with him ... Plz just don't wanna spoil my family ... I just wanna guidance what should I do ... Here I didn't mention so many problems ...

for this you should first inform police regarding this matter and after that with the proper guidance of advocate file a case under dv act there you both will be given chances for mediation at that time you put your demands before the appropriate authority

Q: Advice in case husband filed for divorce without knowledge.

My husband has filed divorce case.I don't want divorce Noether I want to live WD him as he and his family beats me Nd ask for more money.I have a girl child. for baby I don't want separation.Is it possible.

if such atrocities are done upon you by your husband you should first inform the police regarding the cruelities and apart from it file a case under 125 of crpc for maintainace you can not morally bound him for living with you

my brother in law's wife had filed a false case against me and and in laws stating that we have molested her and stolen her jewellery. she do not have any evidences and she might lose. can i file a defamation case against her . what will be the charges and the success rate.please guide i will be very helpful to you.

Q: Can a divorce in foreign country be accepted in Indian court

Hi, My spouse is in India and I am not going back to India anytime soon. My question is, Is there a way the divorce that I can get in foreign country can be accepted by Indian court without having the need to go back to India. How can I make this happen? It is a ground based divorce. If necessary, my spouse can negotiate on some terms not to challenge the divorce in Indian court. Also, my spouse wont participate in divorce proceeding here. Thankyou in advance

Sir u have to be very careful actually your situation is not very clear to us .you have to watch every step one can any time backfires you . You must clear us that how many years you both have live together and every details if she files any f.i.r here you will be compelled by the us authority to deport to India

You will get divorce easily on the ground of separation or you both can file section 13b of hindu marriage act that is mutual divorce if both the parties are ready . Apne husband seebaat kijiye agar wo ready h to mutual Divorce file kijiye agar nae ready h to section 13 file kijiye jisme main Karan rakhiye separation ya alag rahna
