no contract in marriage are more specific in european law and west countries .. but a written agreement always have a better chance to proof your case. initially you may agree not to take or give dowry .. but at later stage if any demands comes from either parties that you can proceed legally

This is in continuation to my previous Question/query:nn Its been nearly a month, Till date this person has not opened the lock of Bore Water Board and thinks he is above Law. He Switches on the Motor as per his wish. Also this person' son also quarreled with my father many times for no reason. My Father is a Senior Citizen. Also what his son has done with my Father constitutes to Harassment and should be severely dealt with. I am facing trouble doing basic daily Chores due to these cheap and harassing Practices. I am suffering Mental and Physical Stress due to this. I am having Body Pains. Also this person is Extremely Greedy for Money and asks for 2-3 times more than the amount spent for Building Maintenance and does not give any Invoice regarding the amount when asked alsoPlease let me know if this is correct according to IPC and Indian Laws. Also Let me know the Punishment for these people.

hello same to you more common among the among the land lot and tenant you have many remedies you can file criminal cse also have covil remedies. It depends on what excatly you want you first decide you want to put the person behind bars and also seek compensatory damages

We are NRI, Hindus & got daughter married to well settled family. we spent around 60Lacs. Son in law wanted to emigrate & was trying so we decided to get my daughter married to him. After marriage we came back & daughter applied for spouse visa for husband. Took longer than expected due to Ukraine war. Me & wife came to visit India in October 22 and Son in law came back with us. He went back to India in January 23. This we noticed in 2 months of him living here.1) severe mood swingsn2) Zero communication - Daughter and son in law live in separate house but he wont communicate with hern3) Clinical signs of depression n4) Social, emotional and cognitive disorder - No emotional intelligencennMy daughter got pregnant in Dec 22. He flew back to India. My daughter can't deal with the stress so decided on divorce. We feel the family cheated us by not disclosing his conditions. certainly you can go ahead with legal steps against your son in law and his family. before that we need to get some medical documents so to discribe his condition and there will be proper assement by physiologist which wil help us .or if both parties want to settle issue within the family you can apply for divorce by mutual connsent.also your daughter have numerous remedies .it depends on what excatly she want to do

after death of person you need to approch appropriate court and seek legal heir certificate so to declare yourself legalheir..this includes his parents and you and your children..after obta5 legal heir certificate you are entitled to sell his property as the court after verification and satisfaction have declared that you and your children are his successor

We, me and my girlfriend where in relationship for more than 10 years, she agreed to marry me, we were in physical relationship also, first her parents agreed for our marriage my parents were not ready i have convened my parents but now her parents are not ready. Now because of family pressure she is also not talking with me. What to do. What is the solution. I want to marry her. Is there any solution for this. I don't want to loose her.
