Advocate Suvigya Awasthy has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired many years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services.

Advocate Suvigya provides services in various field of Arbitration & Conciliation, Consumer Protection, Service & Employment, Trademark & Copyright, Property Dispute, Recovery & Debt and drafting and vetting of various agreements and documents. He has successfully represented the corporation before the High Court in service matters relating to suspension, transfer & dismissal of employees and represented the corporation before the High Court in a matter relating to payment of compensation under the Land Acquisition Act. He is primarily engaged in drafting of replies and arguing matters on behalf of various government departments in service roster of the High Court.

He has been appearing regularly on behalf of the State of Chhattisgarh in criminal appeals, criminal revisions & miscellaneous criminal applications. He has drafted legal opinions and advised the company regarding acquisition of land in the state of Chhattisgarh for erecting mobile telecom towers and filing of contempt petition in a matter relating to the payment of license fee. He has successfully represented the company before the High Court in a matter pertaining to disconnection of electricity supply to a mobile tower and briefed a senior counsel in a matter challenging the wires and constitutional validity of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Erection of Tower for Cellular Mobile Phone) Rules, 2010.

Advocate Suvigya enrolled with the Bar Council of Chattisgarh in 2000. He is a member of the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association.
