My brother was caught on patna juction by the police carrying liquor when he was returning from kolkata.As it is known that liquor is banned in bihar so he is in jail now.So what should i do now for him to relief from jail.The police has imposed section 38 (b) on him.What should i do now.please help me regarding this.I live in muzaffarpur bihar.

you have to move for you have to move for bail under this provision first you have to move for bail in Civil Court after that you have to come in High Court calling tyre FIR and other seat after that I will suggest you better
