Q: How to recover loan lent to a friend

Hi One of my collegues called me up and asked for money because he had some family emergency. I had transferred the money via bank transfer into his account. When i asked him to return the money he issued me a cheque. However that cheque has bounced. Collegue of mine is not picking call nor he came to office. How should i go about this situation. There was no written agreenebt but i did transfer the money by bank transfer. Kindly help me..

Q: Is cancellation of marriage of marriage possible

Sir/Ma'am, I got married 2 years ago without the permission of my of my wife's parents. Later they said the get this marriage cancelled and we will remarry you in front of society. We got our marriage cancelled in Registrar's court in Ghaziabad. I have doubts that this proceeding and I want to know if this is valid and legal

Why are you cancelled your marriage at registrar's office? have you got the registration certificate before cancelling it? If no then girls parents don't do your marriage according to rituals in front of the society .Then you can again file application for your marriage and this time you can get your certificate then marry in front of nsociety.
