Main apne husband se divorce lena chahte hu, main ek govt. Teacher hu, mere husband kuch bhi nhi krte h, Ghar me combined transport ka kam h, sab unke papa handle krte h, husband ko kuch bhi nhi dete h, meri shadi ko six years ho chuke h, starting se main apne papa k Ghar me rahti hu, jhooth ke dam par shadi hui.

File mutual consent divorce application within 6 month u get divorce. There is some procedure of law that u have to follow.....some documents u have to file if u want to know about this come and consult

Q: Want to marry boy who is already married but has no relation with wife

Hi, I wanted to marry a person who is married but not living with his wife since last 5 years and there is no relation b/w them. She is not not ready to interact so divorce is not possibl. So my question is what can i do to this natter sorted and get married to that person without any legal issues?

Without divorce your marriage is not legal . Even if you marry without divorce it is an offence .so firstly u meet with lawyer and file a suit for mutual divorce ....tell your partner to take divorce first

Q: can ST caste person resell property to general caste person

Hi, if a scheduled tribe caste person purchases a general caste person's plot in a township have TNCP and diversion, can he resell it to any other general caste person or is he (ST) bound to resell it to only ST caste, kindly update this in context of MP and CG state

In mp cg there is a rule that if any genral category person want to purchase the property which belongs to ST he have to take permission from collector .without permission no general cast can buy property

u lost your phone or somebody steal your cell phone if you want to report of some body steole then it's in criminal procedure code sec154 and if u want to complain that your cell phone is lost its sec 155 of criminal procedure code

yes sure ap IPC 354 or Pocso 11(1),12 m dosmukt huye h . apne koi crime n kiya h.ap ko job wapas milegi. apni job wapas pane k liye claim kriye . agr apko case m jabrdasti fasya gya tha to ap claim b mang sakte h.
