Q: I face strict restrictions at home. What can I do legally about it

I am above 18 and post graduate.I want to marriage my own choice boy but they refused to meet and said me to go from home.Now when I join job they trap me in my home.what to do??

U can perform court marriage & seek protection from court of law.if anyone restricted within the wall of your house , u can file complaint against him . Q: How to deal with cheque bounce case

i have given someone friendly loan of 1,50,000 in 2015 and that guy promised me to return back in equal installments but that guys is not returning my money back. I have one cheque, if i deposit it to the bank, it will get bounce. Please guide me how much time it will take and what will be fees of Advocate. He is serving police officer in government job. He is using his powers for not paying my money. I am very tired and depressed.

Q: Husband has mental disorders which were concealed at time of marriage

Hi. I have married one year ago. At that time my husband parents do not tell about their mental health. He has bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, identity disorder,mood swing, depression, anxiety. He behave abnormal after marriage. He became violent soon. He also mentally torcher me after marriage by saying sooo many hurting things. His mom always cover his every point and pressure me to bear all. He is not working and pressures me to do job. He talk with himself, smile alone, say unreal and unusual things as he thought he is not indian. He is Russian but he doesn't know how he came to india in childhood. He says they r not my mom dad, my mom is in canada. His will power is zero due to this. I don't know what to do and can i take divorce on basis of this.
