Accused kept the money earned by cheating in her daughter's bank accounts instead of herself .can I made FIR in her daughter name.

You can file an FIR REGARDING act of deceiving or fraudulent activity that can made known to regional police station of regional jurisdiction.And whatever amount you had claimed should be proved with evidence before the court of law.

Q: Transfer case to another state

I had filled a contempt petition.in.the apex crt last October. 2017. As per the order I approach the lower crt were it was wrongly dismissed. So I filed criminal rev App in the sessions crt mumbai. But after filing in Feb 2018 and after 6 months the case got transfered to another crt. Last month.so it's now nearly one yr and nothing has done so far and no relief had been given to me were as my life is in Danger. So for getting justice and to safeguard my life can I transfer my session crt case from one state to another crt of another state say to new delhi. So what are the procedure and how fast can I do it.

Firstly you should observe which kind of contempt there have been made.Next the question of contempt of court under the given ACT TRIAL OR THE CASE MATTER COMES UNDER HIGH COURT AND SUPREME COURT RESPECTIVLY. CHARGES MAY BE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL IN IT. SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO RESPECTIVE COURT OF LAW. AND WHAT KIND OF REMEDY YOU SEEK BEFORE THE COURT OF LAW SO THAT YOU CAN GET MATTER SERVED BEFORE COURT.

Q: Is it illegal to construct box grill in flat

I have constructed box grill in my halls window. But the society people claim that its an illegal construction. My building is of 16 floors and i live on 3rd floor. OC is received till 14th Floor. Recently society sent me a lawyer notice to remove box grill in 7 days. What should i do?

You can appoint a lawyer andAlso claim that box grill is for your safety of your property .That ownership belongs to you.And no loss has been suffered to others native people.Therefore, no loss no claim .

Q: Is it compulsory to pay full stamp duty for agreement to sale

i want to purchase land and want to do agreement to sale document ( not sale deed ) so is it compulsory to pay full stamp duty , can i pay nominal charges for agreement to sale and on sale deed i can pay full stamp duty ? please reply

Document of ownership cannot be saled but can be kept as security for Cause of purpose.Stamp duty is compulsory for enforcement of sale Deed enforcement which is paid to state For enforcement of sale deed.a kind of Validity of transaction of sale.To make an authorised transaction of sale of land.as per respective laws and also stamp duty Act of state. Which is requisite and prescribed by state.For requisite purpose of transaction of relevant property in a state.

Despite giving good and proper service a doctor can make claim on person for loss of service or loss caused to his reputation in service as per medical practitioners Act.Because as per the Act registered practitioners has right to practice his class of professional and also an fundamental right to practice an constitutional right too.Or can file for mischiefous act of defamation of a person for causing enemity and heat against a person in class of public or for creating rivalry revenge full act.As per respective Act of laws.
