what are you asking mr. for which you are cheated. if your answer is love , there is no remedy , or if she cheat you for money, suit / complaint can be filed in court for the relief. The girl who has cheated , then how can you marry that girl. thats question of fact,

Q: Defamed by father in law and husband

I'm a dentist and now I'm doing my PG at Bangalore My father in law and my husband went to my college and defamed me in out college telling that I have some other relation and they applied for divorce they tarnished me very badly and all started asking me. Now I'm very much scared to go to college. And now I'm in such a mental trauma. What I can do in this case??? And also I had a very bad experience from my brother in law too.. he molested me twice. It's been 5 months that I haven't met my husband. This case will come under civil or criminal????

Yes, this case come under civil and criminal law. you have 3 remedy to do , you have to divorce your husband if you not like him. and you can file a complaint in court for defamation in each court , in applying divorce maintenance amount for each month and divorce can be applied there .my contact you may ask to admin of law ratio

Q: My girlfriend is threatening me to commit suicide if I don't marry her

I had a relationship with a girl for more than 3 years. We had physical relationship many times. I promise her that if the relationship goes in a good track I will marry her.She is very possessive so I breakup with her.Now she says she can't live without me. If I leave her she will commit suicide. I almost sure that she may commit suicide because she don't have any good family background and any relatives. The only hope in her life was me. But I can't marry her. My financial and family background are very high.Can I face any legal problems if she commit suicide? She don't have any proofs to prove our relationship. But their is CCTV footage and identification details in hotels that we stayed together . We are from different religions.

Yes, You will be prosecuted for abetment of suicide under section306 of indian penal code. why could not be married, if you didnt married her, you would not be sex with that girl. now you cross the limit of honest love,

Q: My ex-boyfriend harassing me and my mother. Please advise what to do?

I had a serious relationship with a boy.But I can't adjusting with his rude character nowadays .So I talked with he and his family that I can't continue this.My ex-boyfriend harassing me and my mother using our old photos.he will publish it and spoil my life if I won't ready to marry him.He and his mother goes to my mother's workspace and soldered her. We are living in a fear that when he will come to our residing place and spoil my life image and all.i am sure that I can't go to that relation ever.please help me how I can solve this problem more secretly.In my side my father and mother only understood this.

It is the clear case of threat but you have to do one thing that please file a petition to nearest police station describing all details happend with his during . and wait for action of police for 3 moths .
