I have house in goa, Currently I have obtained portuguese passport and am living in the UK, This property was in name of my husband, but he passed away last year, Just wanted to know what legal documentation Do I need to sell this house?

If he has died intestate you need to obtain letter of administration or succession certificate first that will take some time. After that rest of the procedure can be explained on meeting. I need to check the property papers before any advise can be given.



Q: Is it legal to make pre-Marriage Agreement

1) I and my partner want to make a pre-marriage agreement before our marriage based on few conditions which are mutually agreed. Can it be done? And how should I proceed with thesame? Myself (male) is Hindu amd my partner is Catholic.

Q: How can I change name in my PAN and Aadhar card

Jwmy sister having aandhar card and pan card name is after marriage name.now she want to change as before marriage name but she dont have any proof. she is having documents like 10th,12,graduation,master degree certificate.. kindly just what is to be done

An affidavit has to be made which will be notarisedand/ or sworn before first class magistrate alongwith two paper publication one in English and another in vernacular is required. That is all what is required. The entire process will take around two days.



Q: How can I change DOB in birth certificate

I have some query regarding the birth certificate and domicile. 1) actually at the time of my school admission my grandfather took the wrong date of year in my school admission form after that in my all documents date of year is wrong in my aadhar card, pan card, leaving certificate now i wanted to change my birth year what to do in this matter as i have no proof of my real birth of year. 2) second about the domicile what document is required for the domicile.

You cannot change the birth year without any proof. You need to have a basis inorder to state in the affidavit also. An affidavit would have worked if there was a proof since there is no proof you cannot change the birth year.
