Q: Parking Charge on merely holding of second car

Sir,I am residing in a society located in Dehradun. I have been allotted a parking slot, dut to its situation it can accommodate one Dezire and one nano/maruti 800 i.e. one big and one small car with some discomfort.Both the cars remain within their yellow line. Now, due to enmity of one of committee member, they have raised a demand for Rs.500/ pM for another car without allotting new parking lost. I am paying monthly maintenance charges on SQF basis. Please advice me that I can park my both the vehicle within my parking slot and as per bye laws society is not empowered to collect car parking charges.

if any payment has been decided in the Annual General Meeting residents in majority then that has to be followed any grievances need to be addressed in that Annual General Meeting that took place ral Meeting aur any other extraordinary General Meeting head for this purpose decisions taken in the general meetings final and binding for all the members

Q: non cts chq present case in the bank & returned by the bank

my account is non operational from last 17 yeas(from year 2001) in sbi and non CTS chq book has been misplaced & in the year a man sent me a notice that he has presented a chq in the bank of my account that is returned by the bank as non operational account. what will i do??

what is the legal liability shown by the person who has banked your cheque, share the copy of notice sent by the party. you want to prove that you don't have any legal liability pay towards. what action have you taken when your cheque book was lost.
