Q: Which price will be considered for registry owner or government

If a X land is worth 40 lakhs according to govt and owner is selling it for 11 Lakhs. What is the actual process for registry? Do i Need to pay only registration fee for 40 lakhs or I need to pay 40 lakhs towards purchasing the land ?

You need to pay on the stamp duty on Rs. 40,00,000. Because the government rate fixed is for the valuation of the base price but the stamp duty is paid on the higher value only. If you have paid the price of the X land less than 11 lacks then the stamp needs to be paid on 11 lacks

Q: What to do if I am unable to pay maintenance decided by court

court are order to me a 6000 rs. maintenance amount under section 125 crpc. pay to my wife every month from the date of application , no any income prove are my recorded in court , and no any type of cruelty are prove against me. i have no children , my father was retired & i m still job less what can i do....please any suggestion

Is this the amont of interim maintaince or the final award. In both the situations you have the option of challenging this order to upper court. This is the only remedy, no other alternative. Where is the order from?

Q: Don't want to stay with my In laws in their house

I do not want to go law house(sasural). Is it compulsion to me to go there if my wife and baby is presence there?

There is no compulson as such. But your wife must be pushing you. In this case you can directly negate your travel on the other hand you cannot stop your wife from traveling to your in law place. Try your best to convince

Q: Transfer of tribal plot in name of a person of general category

I am farming in a 0.48 acres tribal plot where my parents have done few plantations and boundary since 40 years...but it is in name of a Scheduled Tribe of my village.. How can I get this transferred in my name. i belong to general category

The only way to get the transfer of tribal land in the name of a person from general category is by taking the permission from the collector of that area. If the same is not taken it will amount to forge...

Q: Want to file for divorce and alimony living separately for 8 months

Its complete 3 years of marriege and we don't have baby from 8 months i am a post graduate lady and i don't have a job also and we are living seprate from 8 months now he is saying don't come back i'll not accept u i want to know if i will file divorce how much alimony and property i'll get from him

You can file divorce and if possible can also go for the mutual divorce and for the alimony you nees to file another case for mainenance. For more clarity and better options take appointment for accurate solutions.
