Hi I am belongs to Hindhu religion and i was meeting many issues to my family due to this decree 68/2008. i want to file against this case becasue no one aware this before untill 07-Apr-2018 (Agriculture poor family background ). Q: Filing a case of accident when driver was drunk and without license

A 21-year-old person under the influence of alcohol hit my father with a two wheeler and caused serious head injury (brain bleed, contusion, parietal bone fracture and several other bruises/injuries all over the body). He does not possess a licence. Now my father who was previously independent in all his activities is dependent on someone for each and every activity and according to doctors, it may take several months even for the bleed to subside. The person who caused accident is not willing to pay anything as compensation and says whatever he can give is only after claiming from the insurance company. FIR is yet to be filed and it is 9 days since the accident. Now if I want to file a case against this person, how much can I claim as a compensation and how should I proceed.

quickly you have to lodge complaint against that boy mainly with the bike details like registration no and the place of accident. after that you have to file case in motor accident claim tribunal jurisdiction. only through that way you could claim compenstion. dont believe that person. very important things. collect all medical bills which has been spend for you father. each and every rupee will be collected through court as compensation. quickly contact the advocate and consult them. take care of your father.

Q: Wedding photographer lost all marriage photos and cheated

Wedding phtographer cheated me by not delivering my marriage photos as per the agreement. Now he says he lost all the photos & can't deliver it. It's been 8 month since my marriage. I paid total 45k for photos and videos. He delivered the videos. Mainly he has been cheating me by saying today i will give tomo i will give like that. Due to that I suffered a lot mentally. It seems he is ready to face this legally. Now what should i do and as photos gone if compensation how much maximum i can expect ?

have to file the case in consumer court in the appropriate jurisdiction and to demand damages and compensation for the loss and sorrow caused by the photographer. after perusing the case and the supporting evidence like the receipt, agreement documents and other supporting document the honble judge will satisfied and pass order in favour of the aggrieved person.

Q: Advice in case dispute with wife regarding personal issues

Excuse me sir/madam I have issue with my wife. She said u r not men. U don't have the mean to get baby. It's killing me lots. What I can do sir /madam?

Hi sir/madam first convince your wife or other wise you have option to file restitution of conjugal rights petition for re-union. Here the court first gave mediation both of you. if your wife not convinced or other wise you have option to file divorce under the ground of cruelty under the Hindu marriage act or any other special relief act under specified rule...Thank you by shaki

If younger brother and brother wife is beating sisters and their own husband what type of file we can case against them

hi sir/madam ....you made police complaint against your younger brother and younger brother wife because no one has right to beat to any one....here criminal offence made out so made before police station.....they are punishable under Indian penal code 1860 because here criminal case prima facie made out.
