How can close the FIR , FIR registered on 02.06.2017 under sections 366,498a,323,504,506,3,4. and FIR transfer to Mahila thana , But no further investigation done in this case by police dept. and no investigated officer appointed in this case. Now both party is wanted to close the FIR.What is the procedure of close the FIR.Can i close this FIR by submit the Affidavit and application to SSP.

Q: Does criminal record affect employment in govt. jobs
Sir I parked my motorcycle in no parking area (although there was not a board of "no parking"). I was given court challan with driving without insurance and illegal parking. Now on 25th June , I have to appear on court. I don't know what should I do? I am a student seeking government job , will this natter be a future obstacle for jobs? I that case what can I do?
