Q: Advice in case father's sister claiming share in ancestral property

sir propeerty is in name of my grand mother who has died without any will, and my parents also died, now my bua is claiming all property. sir can i get any share in property and is it legal as my bua is doing. pls guide

As the property belongs to your grandmother, so after her demise the property comes in equal share to her children including your bua and your father, so now after the demise of yout father the share of your father will come in you and your siblings share. So obviously you will get a share in that property and so would your bua.

Q: Complaint against false degree of Law

If a person holded a fake degree of law.then how can I collect information regarding his degree and how can I prove it by RTI.

If a person holds a fake law degree, you can ask the details of his degree from bar council further you can ask education details from the institution he studied and if it is found that there is no record of his degree and degree being found fake, you can file a complaint to bar council regarding suspension of his advocacy license

Q: Got pregnant but now boyfriend refusing to get married

I am a Christian and my boyfriend is a Hindu..... We are almost in a relationship for a year. He promised me to marry....we had sexual relations.... But his family is not ready to accept this relationship due to my religion and my past.. Before this my boyfriend promised me to be with me everytime now in pressure of his parents he is refusing.what should I do?

You need to file a complaint, u need to be very clear that sexual relationship was due to inducement of marriage or else u don't have much of a case. If you have such instance in that case i can file a complaint against your boyfriend for sexual assault under the inducement of marriage

Q: Complaint by gf against bf for promise to marry

My friend was having relationship with a girl...they were physical once with her consent...he even wanted to marry her...but parents from both side did not agree...so he told her that he cant marry her by ignoring parents...so now she is threatining him to lodge a fir against him that he used her...by promising to marry...he is going into depression now..plz advice...hw can he get out of this...

He is automatically out of it... I don't see any criminal proviso attracted, she is just threatening your friend, there is not much she can do.... Other than threats.... Still i ll request you to elaborate the event time period and details, as how much time has passed by that incident.

Q: There has been a shop allotment scam, what can i do about it

I WANT TO GET ADVICE ON ALLOTTMENT OF SHOPS DONE IN OUR CITY BUS STAND.MANY A TIMES SHOP OPEN AUCTION WAS CANCELLED. SOME PURCHASED FOR 40 YEARS AT 25 LAC SOME PURCHASED AT 10 LAC FOR 19 YEARS AND SOME PURCHED FOR 20 LAC FOR 30 YEAR. NOW THE AUTHORITY SAYS WE GONA RENT REMAINING SHOPS. SO MY QUESTION IS DO WE HAVE A CASE IN THIS OR NOT
