Q: How to legally get married for the second time

Sir. I got divorce on 2015.now I want to do second marriage.what is the procedure for legal marriage.pls suggest me.

You can marry anybody. You have to check whether there is any appeal is pending or the order passed by the lower has been set aside. You have to perform marriage through customary rites or you may marry with the competent registrar of marriages.

Q: Procedure to revoke settlement done 8 years ago

My parents transferred their house , bought w my dad s own earnings in my younger unmarried sister name to avoid conflict from my alcoholic brother . Now he s ok. My mom has passed away. My father is very sick n wants to sell n give everyone their shares. But now my sister is refusing to sell n divide equally. Wat can my dad aged 81 do legally. Can he revoke the settlement done 8 yes ago ?

whether the possession is with your father or your sister is very important. Now it is very clear from the High Court of Madras ruling that no unilateral cancellation of settlement is allowed and even if its permitted in sub registrar office it will be challenged by your sister. Give share to your sister and cancel the settlement or you need to file a suit for declaration of nullity of the execution of the settlement citing genuine reason and it will take time to adjudicate

Q: Procedure to apply for birth certificate

Hi, I was born in March 1988 in Chennai. Im currently in need of my birth certificate for a job opening in MNC, when I approached the officials in chennai corperation they said my gender is updated as Female and asked to get letter from KG hospital where I was born but hospital seems not to have old records but I have my mother's discharge certificate where it's mentioned as male. But with this evidence the officials are not ready to change the records and provide me an update birth certificate. What should be my next step here. Please advice.

You have to send a legal notice to the Corporation requesting to update your particulars in their database if they fails to do so you need to file petition with the competent court (at Rippon Building) to correct the error and to issue the birth certificate

Q: What is the difference between the sale deed and patta

I have purchased a land of extend 2449 sqft(62*39.5) in 2015. As per EC, parent deed and sale deed the extent is same with clear boundaries. When we tried for patta, the size of the plot is comparatively less(56*37.5) with a change in boundary at one side. As per EC and deeds there is no path on one of the boundary. But the FMB/patta has an additional path at one side of the plot. Could you please advice what to be don here.

If the property purchased from the DTCP or CMDA layout the Road portion already gifted to the Local Panchayat hence there will no problem in the boundary. If it is unapproved after purchase the promoter may shown your land road and illegally sold it to some one else.

Q: Husband asking money for a mutual divorce

sir/madam, I got married and I separated within one month. now it almost reached one year, my husband also not like to live with me. but he demanding money to give a mutual divorce. I am not able to give money. now what can I do for getting a divorce or can I get second marriage without getting a divorce?

Without getting divorce you cannot marry again. You have to send a notice to your husband seeking divorce based your problem After which you have to file a case seeking for divorce If your husband paid any among during marriage you have to repay it
