Q: Procedure to file a petition for divorce for the second time

Hi I'm a divorcee now married and facing few personal issues.. can I get divorce second time.. please explain how it works.

The second marriage is concern it is a new one according to the law. Therefore You can approach the court for divorce by filing a petition. You have every right to approach court for want of divorce, maintenance etc..

Q: Procedure for second marriage after receiving ex parte order

I got set expartee order on 26.02.18,but order is not issued me, I will wait for Second marriage, or shall I marry? How many days wait for Second marriage

You have to wait 90 days from the date of receipt of order copy. In the meanwhile if your opponent party prepared an appeal against the divorce order then you have to wait till the finality of appeal.

Q: When should i pay the bank if the bank has sent me a notice ?

sir could you explain should i appear on the date with bank officer, bank sent the concilation notice for the unpaid amount of emi on credit card loan , my main concern is should i appear on the date or before the date shall i close the amount dues? because that particular date i am unable to go by person.

If paid that due amount u need not to appear.Conciliation is a proceeding to recover the amount by not initiating the recovery of dept case. In case, if u are unable to appear on the day nothing would happen. They will again send the similar notice.

Q: Legal procedure to counter false dowry case filed by wife

Hi Sir, My brother got married on june 2016. It's purely hindu marriage. With in 6 month's they both of us have no good understanding. So they were separated. Now she is in her father home for last one year... Now she is given a dowry complaint against my brother, mother and sister. So my brother has given to all her jewelry in front of police and get acknowledgment in white paper. After getting her jewelry, she was telling that she is ready to live with my brother... My brother accepted to live with her with two conditions 1. will not allow separate kitchen to cook 2. She is given a fake dowry complaint so she should sent back to her bed, fridge and all to her father home...... But they are not ready to agree this and still she is staying her father home and complaint is pending with police station... We have already given her jewelry to her and ready to give all her things also.... Is there any possibility to file a FIR for this fake dowry case ? Our family is suffering

As per the Supreme Court guidelines through the due enquiry only the police Department shall register the FIR. At present you are handed over all the articles, therefore there would not be any problem. Incase, if they influenced to register the FIR, try to get an anticipatory bail. If your brother is willing to reunion with then ask him file a restitution of conjugal rights petition. Otherwise, issue a legal notice for divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion and if there is any reply file a divorce. Atleast it may help you for some extend. Q: Created wrong partnership with a foreigner and now forced to repay

,i am doing export and import business as 3rd party. one person told me open a office .he wants partner.he is a foreigner but by mistake i opend indian partnership form ,that time also he silent he didn't say anything.he invest some money for my business.starting day he told he said he invest hole amount do business .that's why i started business,suddenly he didn't invest the fund he asking his fund back .now i am facing problem ,i need a solution.how can i clear the issue.

You can approach the civil court to dissolution of the partnership firm. At the same time if the agreement have arbitration clause then you may engage a arbitrator to decide the issue. At present you need not return the amount invested by him.
