Can we get a summon for both the th8ngs domestic violence and 498 at one time as I have received it from my wife people are saying that both the things cannot he filled in one summon .

No Each one takes its own time to get registered by authorities and thus can't be combined together in one summon or called upon on board by same summon according to legal proceedings. DV most probably is filed by Mahila ayogs and takes its own time n 498A being a non bailable case ,arrest warrant is sent then and there.

You can get his salary details from his Employee ID details and company JR department on request or application to the concern department. His property details that are in his name can be tentatively mentioned or guessed as per convinence.

Q: Harassment to 80 year old sr citizen by society members

My mother of age 80 staying alone & has car parked in society. Bike owners deliberately park the bikes in front & side ways blocking the access to car. Bike owners stared threatening the building watchman not to move or touch their bikes. who usually remove the bikes to help navigate the car out of the mess. At night the no of bikes increase. Approaching local police station did not help & they refused to take FIR or NC stating that they can not interfere in the society matters.There is no help from society chairman for change of parking place. There is amember who sold his car & kept his parking vacant for more than 3 months & reside in London half the time but chairman is scared of him & side him not allowing others to park.There is other member who has continued parking in our society despite moving out of oursociety to nearby society after marriage giving the original flat to their sister who has no car. Please suggest solution to Harassment senior citizen.

Kindly give a written application requestng chairman and core member committee to resolve your issue and send a copy to Co-operative Society Deputy Commissioner of your area mentioning the names of SHO of police station who are denying to file FIR as well.

As you are earning and financial ly independent as well as educated and self reliant there are very less chances to pray for maintenance for you as your rights as wife are only applicable untill you are lawfully wedded wife of your lawfully wedded husband only in your matrimonial home.

Q: Recovery of debt or transfer of ownership

Hi.. I given Rs. 6 lakh to relative on writing stamp paper for the period of 3 year. Amount paid in cash step by step e.g. 5k, 150000,1Lakh,......On stamp paper it is clearly mentioned that if borrower unable to pay debt then they have to transfer the ownership of property. Period already completed 1 year ago. Borrower not ready to extend period or transfer ownership of house. Still they can't given any 1₹. Please suggest me how can i recover my money or transfer the ownership of house of the borrower. Please suggest.

Is the Memorandum of understanding notarized and registered with clear mentioned points in discussion that there will be transfer of ownership of property. Also how much is the remaining balance left with accussed .
