Q: Got into an accident but didn't stopped as the person was armed

Actually today I got into an accident, while I was exiting a roundabout a motorcycle at a high speed crashed into my car.I had the indicators on but still he crashed . He was probably armed (its Delhi you know !) and so we didn't decide to stop our car and fled the scene, but at some distance to men followed us and told,"you can't escape we have your number plate on our camera " and then threatened us and told to pull over , but we knew it was still dangerous and so we didn't stop our car and fled! Just wanted to ask if I would get into any trouble because I didn't stopped ?

No problem at all.consequences would be same in all situations as they know your number.lets see what step they would initiate.

Q: What will be the jurisdiction of my case?

I am living in Delhi and work in Noida. I transferred Rs.140000 to a man from Hyderabad for employment in Gulf country but till date he did not do so. Now, refusing to return my money. Firstly, I went to nearest police station in Delhi they refuse to lodge a complaint, then Noida police did the same. Also got no response from Cyber cell. Please suggest that should I file a case in Delhi or Hyderabad.

Q: How to safeguard myself against Harassment case?

i had been in a relationship with a lady who was married,but didnt set up any physical relationship. Now her husband knows about this and he is calling me and threating me. And her wife is providing her my previous organisation details about me and my family. He is calling me saying that we will do harrasment and molestation case on me.I need urgent help on this .

Q: Ex threatening to commit suicide and the legal recourse

My ex is pressuring me to get an abortion and has even threatened to kill himself. He pressured me to get an abortion before while we were still together and coerced me into it. I suffered serious mental health issues after that and have had suicidal thoughts. Now I am under serious duress for the past few months. What can I do about it? What are the laws?

Q: Appeal to increase the number of UPSC attempts for GENERAL category

I want to appeal to the relevant court to increase the number of attempts for UPSC CIvil Services exam. Currently its 6. And max age limit is 32. for general candidates I want to appeal to allow the candidates uptil the maximum age or, if not that, atleast increase the number of attempts by a minimum of 2. I want to make simple, very logical arguments in support of this appeal. I dont want to create a mass hysteria or anything. I just want a solution for this. Peaceful , if possible. The 2014 incident, regarding CSAT in prelims is a case that has the potential to support my case. I'd like to further share my thoughts and arguments. Can someone help me in this initiative ? Or point me to someone who can? Also, please advice, roughly how much expense can be estimated in the process? And how much time does it usually take for the court to give decision? (Such as 6 months, 1 year, 3-4 years...some rough time) Thank You

Hi...we can go through writ petition.than can resolve your case in three four dates but that depends on the court.if you have some legal issues regarding that.a s that is writ petition if we are moving in high Court then expenditure would be 35-40 thousands.if we file it in supreme Court then 60-70 thousands.
