Q: Financial fraud on instagram sended money to fraud person

I am an victim of online fraud on instagram I have sended 32k to a person he promises me to return a profit of lakh by investment in bit coin mining . But he take away all moneynnI already filed a complain in cyber cell and local police station what should I do now nnIs I am on safe side or not in this senerio is there can be any allegation against me.

Filing a complaint will not work.File FIR if you are a victim of cheating.Provide the police all details of transactions where and how you sent or transferred money.If you are a victim there cannot be any allegation against you.Just go and file a FIR at cyber police station.

I was in a physical relation for 2yr with my gf. We both r Hindus and >25 years. I m a family person, she wanted a nuclear family. She refused to stay with my parents . So I decided to marry someone else and did Roka. When she got to know this, she called me n said she\'s ready now for joint family. She called my fiance\'s home n broke my Roka. She called my home but my family was angry and they abused her. Now she is forcing me to break ties with my family n marry her else she would go to police.

You may go to police station and file an intimation application regarding your GF's preparation and threat to file a false case against you for raping her by promising to marry. You can also mention in the intimation letter that she had threatened you and also trying to separate you from your family.After all these steps you can ask your GF if she is ready to live with your family and then only you will agree to get married with her. or else you will be free to marry anyone else.Remember that precaution (Avoiding FIR) is better than Bail. Q: How long do police have to file charge sheet if on Anticipatory bail

After long ongoing divorce case, on some agreed terms together living was agreed and within couple of days wife filed false FIR under 6-8 different IPC sections (498-A,377,323,504,506). Anticipatory bail was granted.\nIts been more than a year and no charge sheets have been filed. Pending case is creating problems.\n\nHow long do police have to file charge sheet so that the trial can begin and innocence can be proven.\n\nWhat is the possibility that high court will quash fir based on evidence.

The police may file chargesheet within 90 days from the date of arrest.Have you given attendance before the police station when you secured your anticipatory bail.? Was your statement recorded by them.?The High court will not quash the case since it is not prima facie false or not incriminating you. The court will also see the medical test of your spouse whether there was any fresh injury related to section 377.So.. chances of Quashing in this particular section is nil until and unless chargesheet is filed.

Q: A pune RTO agent lost my RC and NOC documents and refuses to respond

I have moved from Pune to Hyderabad and I needed to get NOC from pune RTO for re-registration of my bike. I sent a pune RTO agent my original RC and other documents by courier. He got the NOC done but then lost all the documents and blocked my number. I want to file FIR against him but the problem is I am at Hyderabad and I cannot go to Pune multiple times. Would I be called to Pune for court appearings (or anything else) in the future if I go to Pune and file the FIR?

You will need to go to Pune only twice..Firstly, while you have to lodge an FIR and secondly after some years, when your case goes to the criminal court for trial and then you will receive summons to appear before the trial court for giving your statement against the accused.Other option is you can file a Zero FIR from wherever you are and thereafter the said FIR will be forwarded to the concerned jurisdiction police station.3rd option is you can demand compensation from the RTO Department.

Q: Boy's parents threatening suicide if he continues marriage with me

From last 5years I love a boy and he too loves me. We want to get married but his parents are not ready. My parents are ready for the marriage. We have tried a lot to convince them. So we decided to go ahead with Court Marriage, Pune without consent of his parents. My family members are very supportive for our decision marriage except my father but after so convincing and time given to boy to convince his family for marriage but his parents didn't accept, after so much discussion he agreed. We got married on 23rd December 2016 without consent of his parents.. As boy convinced my family by booking new flat and assuring that he will leave his parents after court marriage if they didn't accept us. But situation is his parents giving suicide note threatening or they will end there life if you leave home and they are not going to accept our marriage. His family didn't shared anyone about our marriage except his cousin and he is not supportive.

You are already married so there's no going backwards. Let some time pass, and have patience. Try to convince and be humble as far as possible with the boys parents. Don't worry they won't commit suicide.
