You have to approach the court. But in anyway you cannot force someone to divorce you. It is her wish to divorce you or not yo divorce you. Better renounce the company of your wife or convince her that you cannot continue with her. Initially, you may have to face pokice action against your behaviour but as the time passes she will get convinced to divorce you. I cannot assure you the time. It may take months or years. This is the fact. Nobody can help you unless your wife gets ready.

Sir husband files a case to void marriage which is less than one year due to anger on pitty things nand small argument then what are ways to get marraige expences back without harming husband image and family ......if there is no hope to save the marriage.

That is impossible. Apply your mind and think twice. The answer is in your query itself. How come you even expect to get back the money spent in your marriage? Can anybody think of getting their money back spent on marriages? If that was so, you shall not have married him. In case you want to get back your money, you can ask your husband in privacy or else you have to take recourse of police action by lodging false complaints of dowry which I shall never recommend you. But in other case, it is just follishness to think of hetting back your money.

Q: Husband transfers properties to brother's name to deny maintenance

Since 1.5 yr I am staying away from my husband house and staying with my parents.I had filed domestic violence and maintenance under section 125cr p.c n 23(2), sec12 in Feb 2016. He has submitted his account details in the court in April 2018.This case is at family court saket.he is given the details of the account which does not have balance and was a normal saving account which he was hardly using it. however I am sure he was other accounts too and he is a income tax payer also. Through sources i have come to know that he has made all this assets on his brother name so that he can play safe and does not want to show anything in the court too. My questions are as follows -: 1) I have his pan card and adhaar card number.How can I find out how many accounts he has presently in the indian bank? 2)How much income tax is he paying ? 3) Details of his assets on his name ? 4) He has run to Australia in 2017 now how can I challenge him in court.

I do not understand one thing. You got a lawyer and he is handling your cases. You have a case pending and your lawyer is assisting. If I am not wrong, you are also paying him. If that is so, why do not you ask the same question to your lawyer. Why are you posting such silly questions on our profile? You people are always for a hunt of free advise even if you have better approach for it. After reading your query, I have no doubt to conclude that you are fake and poaing as client.

Q: What to do if husband has left the house and gone to his house

i got married 26 may 2017 did love marriage with punjabi guy from delhi east.he ditch me after three months he was staying with me and went back to his home.Later he and his mum said me to call my parents otherwise they wont take me home.y should i call my parents,they were not present in our marriage only we got married my younger brother and my best friend was our witness in arya samaj.i need justice what should i do?he can't spoil my life now he and his mum is planning to get married again.he torture me mentally,finacially and physically.he cant be free like this?he is hindu and i m christian but we both knowingly did ayra samaj marriage.is there any chance i can go and stay in my husband house?

Of course, you have the right. You might be christain by birth but now you are a hindu wife and hindu marriage act is applicable on you. Why do not you lodge complaint against your husband at police station. I do not understand one thing when you gathered so much of courage to get maaried against the wish of your parents why are you so afraid now when your rights are in danger? See, if you do not take steps at this point, your life would be spoiled. It is upto you whether to save your life or spoil. But I would suggest go ahead and lodge police complaint against your in-laws and husband rest is upto you.
