Q: My ex bf trying to ruin my life what to do

I m very tensed because of my ex bf we were in a relationship and he started pressuring me for sex a lot, and to support that he made promises that he will marry me nd all. I succumed to all this and finally gave in after a year but to my surprise he was doing all this just for sex and left me three days after that I was scared for my dignity in college so I begged him to be back, he did come back but for next one year was torture for me he used to abuse me all the time verbally, say bad words to me and my family. now he has broken up with me forcefully for another girl and if i go to talk to him he abuses me again and threatens me to ruining my life if i tell anybody. How can I punish him???Is there a law for this case??

Hi, You can file criminal complaint in police station u/s 420 and 376 against your Ex boyfriend and don't worry law will teach him a good lesson and next time he will not play with others girls life in future.

Hi, You can file divorce petition before family court against your husband in your jurisdiction where you last stayed or either parental home. Judge will pass maintenance in favour of you against your husband.

Q: FIR lodged against me u/s 420,467,468,469. How should I defend myself

Kindly advice the defence strategy I am an accused facing trial. Prosecution has examined informant and their junior officers, the punch witness and two candidates. The state which is prosecution has story line .... Few candidates approached TACO company claiming jobs with xerox copy of appointment letter. Which was identified to be fake. Candidate took the name of hr consultancy from where they got this letter. Company filed the case againt 3 accused. FIR was lodged. Chargesheet wad filed. Complainant was examined ..stating he recived xerox letters from few candidates claiming job. We got the letters found the xerox letters fake did the complain. The company did not have any fiancial loss but loss of goodwill. Two junior officers stated similar story with few condtradiction. Punch of prosecution became hostile saying i just signed where i wad asked to Two candidated said we have never recived any letter and had never been to the comapny for job FEW More witnesses to be examined

Hi, Trial has been started in your case and already evidence of Complainant and Panch witness has been deposed before the court. Now the evidence of other witness is pending and thereafter Investigating officer evidence will depose and your lawyer will cross examine them.

Q: How to proceed with a cheque bounce case

I have filed a case of Six lacs rupees. Other party has given me Rupees Thirty thousand in my account .what are problem due to this amount in my case.

Hi,First up all you need to send notice within a 15 days from the receipt of information regarding the dishonour of cheque from bank. Then if no reply received within a 15 days after sending the notice regarding the liability then within a one month you can file complaint before Magistrate court under Non Negotiable Act.NO problem if he has paid the Rs. 30000/-
