Q: Remedy as company not paying salary as employee wants to leave

Hi Team, Recently i joined a company and after one month of working i didn't find comfortable over there to work. And now i told HR about my working status with company. & Now HR is saying that they cannot pay the salary for a last month. So i need your valuable advice what should i do. Right now i am having company provided Laptop and HR asked me to return that and for sure i am going to return it but what about my salary for last month which they are not providing. Please help me in this regards

Hi, You have given them services for one month and therefore it becomes your legal right to recover salary for the same. You have not descrived the nature of job and employmwnt mode, therfore the general suggestion woukd be that you can file the suit for recovery if it is a private job. Onother suggestion that please do not return the laptop and mention that in pleading. So that nothing wrong is there on you part.

Q: Time limit prescribed by law for appeal

After high court judgement in favour of petitioner in single bench, what is the time limit for further appeal in double bench to respondent? Time limit prescribed start from which date-it is from AG decision for further appeal or not???

As per your query, it would be relevant to mention here that limitation is not a big deal, in case their is a delay same can be condoned by way of application. Their for requesting you to either file a caveat or ask your advocate to be a little bit alert.Regards

Q: Criminal & Civil Defamation Suit for person ridiculing the military

Hi, My father is a retired army officer. Recently in our Community Whatsapp group, one of the members without any direct provocation posted the following statements ridiculing the Military Rank of my Father which he achieved after serving the Indian Army for over 4 decades . My question is:- 1) From the statements mentioned below( We have Whats images of these statements), if we proceed with criminal defamation under relevant sections of IPC, what are the chances of securing a conviction?? 2. What are chances of success in case of a Civil Defamation Case?? Statements Made by the Opposite Party:- "He is a resident not a Col. Army rules dont work in Heritage zone :). What is this ridiculous thing Col Yadav." Thanks

How to know LPA is made or not by govt department(loosing party) in high court by petitioner after favourable judgement and case no also????

Q: Clarification related to contractual services at PGIMER

I applied for MD/MS exam at PGIMER Chandigarh. Every state of India can SPONSOR it's doctor after 3 year of regular service for PG. PGIMER use to count contract service as regular service and admissions were made earlier like this. This year someone put a case at punjab and Haryana high Court that contractual service shouldn't be counted as regular service. Based on his facts court made me ineligible without clarification/ justification from me or PGIMER. what should I do. Is this judgement final?

You can challenge the impugned order or can fille LPA against the single bench judgment effecting you. It would be relevant to mention here that approach the proper court as soon as possible. Regards
