Q: cheque bounce of 51000 . 33000 paid through neft .

i sold soyabeen beans to nelesh traders . he gave me cheque of rs 51650 of soyabeen.it was bounce on 2nd Nov 2018 first time becouse of insufficient fund. he said i will pay your money by neft but he didn't. I deposited cheque again on 12 December it bounce again for same reason. he deposited 33000 through NEFT ON 19 DEC . when I call for remaining money 20000 he did not respond what shoud i do can i file report for half money.

सबसे पहले आप अधिवक्ता के मार्फत चैक अनादरण के 30 दिन में लीगल नोटिस भिजवाएँ, नोटिस तामील हो जाने के 15 दिन बाद और 30 दिन के भीतर अपने अधिवक्ता के मार्फत कोर्ट में परिवाद पेश कर दें। यदि चैक जयपुर में ही अनादरित हुआ हो तो हमें सेवा का मौका अवश्य दें। धन्यवाद।

Notice ka reason aapne nahi bataya, jisse notice ki vedhta aur validity ka koi andaja nahi lagaya ja sakta. Aapko chahiye ke aap personally hamse mile taake aapki pareshaniyon ka solution kiya ja sake.

Q: Fraud by people acting as college admission officers duping students

We had gone to mumbai for admissions where 3 guys acting as admissions officer from terna medical college told us that we need to pay 20 lakhs as management fees.They asked us to pay this for confirmed admission.offered us a cheque in return as security and also took the amount through cheque.After the admission process was ovee and we were not given any admission we asked dor the money back and they switchd off their phones and became untraceable,We lodged a fir in udaipur where the case went on for 1.5 yeras.those guys got to know this and sent a lawyer who bribed the police to close the case and not present it in front of the court. They also tried to pressurise us through the police and told us to resolve this outside court and offered us cheques which later bounced. They have been hiding their true identity but we searched on our own and found their real names. How do we tell the court that this is how the police is working and pressurizing us by supporting the criminals?

Social media, News paper me do, proof ikhatta karo, mobile no. hai to facebook whatsapp ko tatolo, koi video photo ikhatta karo, offenders ke baare me auro se bhi jankari lo aur proof sahit magistrate ke samaksh pesh karwao.

Q: Legal action against person not vacating the shop given on rent

We have given shop without agreement. He had given that advance RS. 20000.00. now we have ask to vacate shop. He has demanded same extra amount and FD rate. It is right or wrong. Please advise what will we do for this netter.

Aap kirayedaar ko dukan khaali karane ke liye ek advocate ke marfat legal notice dekar samay dijie fir bhi yadi dukan khaali na kare to advocate ke marfat rent tribunal me case present kiya ja sakega.
