Q: Received summons as i was a guarantor in someone else's loan

I recently received summons under section 19 of the recovery and debt act. They bank is saying that i am guarantor in someone else's loan. But i never signed such documents. What should i do?

go and attend the court and tell the court that you have not signed any sort of papers of guarantee as per the allegations and also take the paper book from the bank officials to reply it properly and it is your duty to tell the court that the bank is making false allegations against you

Q: Son threatening mother to leave home. what action can we take ?

senior citizen is depressed and she gets threats from her son & daughter in law. Her son is the legal owner of her residence who is asking her to leave the house and have already sold village land. He also tried to kill his mother though she don't want to publicize this matter but as a relative I don't want to wait for something worst. Boy is threatening his mother & sister to involve them in dowry case. What action can we take?

mother can file a police complaint as well as a complaint under the domestic violence act against her son and her daughter in law and can ask for separate residence as well as monthly expenses also from her son.

Q: If we file for recovery of outstanding dues. what is the duration ?

Would like an advise on recovery of due payment, we are msme and one of our client is not doing our overy due payment. If we file an case what would be expected timeline for judgement.

If we file the recovery suit under order 37 cpc then the time line is six months to one year. But if we file the simple suit for recovery the the timeline is around three to four years approximately.
