If court has given divorce to husband and wife and decree is issued by the court against husband to pay monthly alimony to her wife and in due course of that time wife has married to another person than in that situation first husband is entitled to pay monthly alimony to her wife or not plz answer

Hi sir,U r not entitled to give alimony to ur wife because when she marry with another person then your all responsiblty is over and you are free from the resposibilty. Acording to law also when ur wife is single then only you are bound to give alimony but when she marry someone else then you are not entitled to give alimony.....

Q: How to marry if family does not agree with the marriage

Sir I am 23 years old and loves a girl of 14 years and she loves me as well. I want to marry her when she becomes 18 years old but the girl think that when she will tell this issue to her family, her family will not ready for this relationship at any costs due to social obligation. She told me to elope but I don't want to do so. What should I do now? we are Hindu and of different castes. I am Brahmin and she is Baniya.

yes u can go for the mutual divorce divorce by filing a petition before the court. or mutually go for the divorce and file the maintenance case if u want or if he is ready for giving maintenance without then there is no need for that.

Q: Legal remedy against parents forcefully Living with married couple

I am at the age of 31 years and recently got married. I am in earnings from last 5 years. I have borne all the expenses of my education from Graduation and currently a chartered accountant. I am the only son of my parents. I have own borne the whole wedding expenses on my own marriage. I am not enjoying the ancestral property and currently living on rent with my wife. I have asked the parents to come and live with us at Lucknow. Parents came to Lucknow but now they are interfering in my personal married life. They are abusing us daily and imposing restriction that we can not visit the market or any other place. I have told them to go back at their own house located at gorakhpur but they denied and replied they shall interfere in my personal life. Since I and my wife both are working and surviving on own income we want to know whether we can take legal action against them as they are forcefully living in my rented house now and abusing and shouting on us?

Yes u can take the legal action as pr human rights and fundamemtal rght there is a right of privacy in that no one can interfare in ur prsonl life u can life ur life as u want...so u can first talk with them and if they conitnue to dstrb you then u can tke legal action
