Q: What is the procedure for divorce

Hi dear sir I am 40 year old my wife 26 year we have two children s,one Boy and one is girl child,i am working present in a private company and little agriculture land know i divorce to my wife what is the processor please give me a solution as soon as possible

This much information from your side is not enough to help you out in it but if you both are ready for mutual divorce then a mutual divorce petition can be filled in the family court as the most important thing that is required is 1 yr seperation period which is already there in ur case and if both the parties are not ready in mutual divorce than u can file a divorce petition on the basis of cruelty which can be done only when you share complete details of the case. Q: mutual divorce initiation by girl

the parties (hindu) are seperated for more than 8 months no communication for past 2 months between the spouses. talks with parents a month back failed. girl faced emotional humilation, and mental torture by in laws and husband at husband's house. the boys parents have no objection to divorce. how to initiate divorce. Hey if both the parties are ready for mutual divorce then a mutual divorce petition can be filled in the family court. The most important thing is that both the parties must be living separately from last 1year before filing of mutual divorce petition and they me be ready for mutual divorce. A quashing petition is to be filled in the high court and then after both the parties need to be present in the court on the time of hearing and need to give their statement in court then the judge will order for quashing of fir and let me also clear a fine will be imposed on petitioner for quashing of fir . If a girl commits suicide or fill an FIR against her male companion in the live-in-relationship because her male companion wants to ends the the relation. What are the said liabilities the guy has to suffered or go through? And how to save him from such liabilities?

Q: Caught drinking at a public place in Delhi and MLC report is 12

I am 25 years old a resident of Delhi. I was caught drinking at a public place in Delhi. Thay took me to Government hospital for medico legal case (MLC) and reading of alcohol was 12/7070. They took my id and file a case against me and told by the police that I will be informed when to appear in coart. What is my legal remedy as I am not aware as to what charges are being framed against me. I am also going to apply for Immigration for Australia, so will this case cause any issue in my application. Please reply as i am very scared.

There is a new law by govt of Delhi that drinking alcohol at parks ; public places and in car n etc is an punishable offence therefore you are charged under that law for drinking in public place .
