Q: Is there any legal complication involved in buying a used phone

We never put much attention to selling and buying mobile phones. Like motorbikes , are there any legal complications involved in buying a used phone ?

Advocate Roop Chand Sharma answered
There is no legal complication for buying a used phone if transaction is done with sale letter and original papers of the mobile should also be handed over to you.
