I got bad burn on my face after face waxing in a parlour. I don't know what type of products the used due to which my face is injured. So what can I do for it legally??

As far as I am concerned it is my best advice to you that you can file a complaint in the consumer commission for compensation. yes you can file application of section 13b for mutual divorce through other lawyer. There is not problem to file application through other lawyer. Mera ek cheque bounce ho gya hai mai M.P. Gwalior se hu. Case file karne me kitni court fees lagegi or kya procedure hoga.

as per your enquiry I would like to give you my best advice that court fees depends upon each and every state, in M.P. on 1 lack Rupees you will have to pay 5% court fees of the amount. So for as the procedure is concern after returning your check from the bank without payment first you will have to send legal notice through your counsel and after that if the person not pay the amount of cheque you van file the case of cheque bounce before the concerning magistrate.I hope this enquiry will help you to understand and face the problem.
