Meri shadi ko 1saal 6 mnth ho gye h. Or day first se Kuch thk ni rha mother in law ka behaviour bhut khrab rha.husband ne ab legal notice bheja hai. Husband ne mere phn me mere ek frnd k sath call history detail dekhi or allegations lgaya k mai cheat kr rhi hu . Muje ab kya krna chahiye plz help me

Good morning mam,aa you told that ur husband need divorce to you just on behalf of call detail. it cannt be A ground of divorce apart from this u first of all it does matter what you want and most important you need to reply that notice and show your clear intention

Q: Can a lady file case under s.498a twice against husband

My wife filed 498a case against me and my family in 2014 and case going on for one year .In 2015 she compromise with me and came back to my home from court permission and case get dismissed Now she started threatening me and my family that she will again file 498a and dv case against me Can she do this or can i file divorce case ?

Well in compromise matter it depend on the decree of your case that on what grounds both of you compromised or she agree to resettle. And most important thing she can file again 498 against you but if the case is already file and running in such case you can file for exparte divorce against her but the time period of your matrimony must be one year.

Q: Estimated fees in case of filing anticipatory bail for theft of 5 lacs

How much will it cost to file anticipatory bail? The case has been filed by the employer on his employee for theft (worth 5lacs).

Good evening Mr/ms./Mrs. Well there is no any fix cost to file anticipatory bail. It depend on any lawyer what he demand for this. But the furnish bail bond and a long with assurer and identifier must be provided by you from same area on the same time which will be decide by the honorable court

Q: Possible monetary demand by wife and in-laws if divorce is filed

Dear Sir/Ma'am.... I want divorce from my wife. It's been 5 months to our marriage and I have no marriage certififcate. . They are greedy and taking undue advantage of us (Money minded people). They spent total 4 lacs in marriage (total amount is 4 lacs as decided earlier for marriage out of which they gave 2 lacs to us for some marriage expense n we have proof of it-their handwritten slip of things they wanted in their 2 lacs). My question is how much money they can demand from us as per the given situation and details. Please help us out. And if they demand from us, how can we tackle that situation.

Good evening Mr. Well dowry is punishable offence in the eye of law but as a gift article you can show them and now most important thing is court never suggest or order you to make any kind of amount this is your personal decision but you can exhibit it if done by both of you with mutual consent but at least one year time period of marriage is must to take divorce by any one. But in special case with solid excuse with proof you can file challanging divorce to your spouse.

Q: How to divorce after living separate for 24 months in 2.5yr marriage?

Respected Ma'am/Sir, can i get divorce if there is no relationship with my wife and me since last 22-24 month? but now she still want to live with me with her own Terms? while the total age of marriage is 29 months till now?

Good noon sir in our Hindu law there are two procedure one is mutual consent by both parties decide into six month procedure and if one is not agree on such point then another can file contested divorce case in any district session courts.
