Dear, apne jitani bate ya ghatna likha h wo sufficient h divorce ke liye. Aur h abhi hal hi me supreme Court ne kha h ki koi ladki apne husband ko parents se alag hone ke liye kahti h to wo divorce ka ground h you can file divorce case aggnest wife on ground of cruelty under section 13 Hindu marriage act.

Q: online purchase from Amazon but money not refunded

sir I purchased a mobile phone from Amazon on 1st oct but it could not send Mobile on expected delivery time till 15 oct. and it is not refunding my mobile cost since I already paid it's cost. what should I do please suggest...

Q: Wife died during pregnancy her family filed dowry death case on me

Sir My wife was admitted in hospital for delivery on 8 september ,but her condition became critical and referred to Niyati hospital mathura , Doctor have declared dead after 12 days , I have beared all the expenses around 6- 7 lakh sold property for her treatment, have all the reciepts for payment and doctor ultrasounds during 9 months period. and there is not any dispute before 8 september between our family. But they have filed false dowry death case including all my family memebers. what should I expect, futher police investigating the matter.

Q: Been 7 months since my friend got married what procedure for divroce

his wife is having an affair from many years and he has all pics and call recordings as proof. She has misbehaved a lot with his family. Now as she has left/ been sent home, she is threatening his family that she will not let him get divorce so easy and will report physical torture etc. Please suggest how to get divorce at earliest and what are the possibilities or circumstances under which she can blame him wrongly or make him suffer along with the way outs. Religion is Hindu.

Dear, Before marriage affair no ground for divorce. If after marriage wife in adultery than you can file divorce case aggnest wife on ground of adultery and give all proof in Court who show wife are living in adultery.
