Q: What is the procedure of getting my marriage registered?

This is ,me and my wife married on this 12 dec in arya samaj mandir by complete rituals,we have been given certificate of marriage, I am from bihar and my wife from jharkhand and both are hindus,the two witness were my friends and they both are from up,me my wife and witnesses are currently living in delhi,I want to register my marriage from court,is there any online procedure of same,or suggest any cheap and hassle free method,I know arya samaj mandir certificate is also valid but wife brother wants court certificate,only then he will believe that we have done marriage,my wife is presently living with me only.

It is pertinent to mention that if you got married on 12 Dec at Arya Samaj Manidir at Delhi and for the perpose of marriage registered you should apply the marriage registrar office at area of residential area and same can be registered. That the registrar of marriage will issue the marriage certificate for the same. For this purpose your required marriage photo, marriage certificate, Passport size photo of both the parties, and residential proof, age proof and two witness along with their Adhar card,

Q: Girls Family Threatening For The Marriage.

My name is karan im a student of final year bcom hons. I had a relation with one girl for about 2 years approx. But last year she lied me & said that she was engaging to someone else and told me to forget her , and i did same , but after some time she came back and apollogises and felt bad for what she has done to me so i fogiven her and start the restart the relation, and last month we got intimate with each other on a mutual consent.on friday we had fight on some issue so i said in anger that its over between us therefore she left her home without knowing her parents in the night but when her parents found her then they were forcing me to marry her otherwise they are saying that we would file a case of harrasment and all on you and spoil your career and life. I genuinely loved that girl but after seeing all of this shit that her family is doing and threatng me. I maid my decision that i dont want to continue any relation with that girl. Please guide me in this situation.

If you had a relation with girl for about 2 years but after some time she came back and apollogises and you restart the relation, and last month if both got intimate with each other on a mutual consent. But it is very difficult too prove the content of consent and same can be proved through facts and circumstances. You did not mention the age of the girl and if you genuinely loved that girl. And same can be discuss face to face to face to know the entire facts and situation.

Q: Extra marital affair of my wife with person saying to be his cousin

My wife introduced someone 14 yr ago as his brother.later she was in relation With him.now she confessed he forcible raped her after intociating her and now when the situation is clear to me he is evading and not coming to his job. What can we do plus help

If it is done against the will of your wife then definitely your wife must file complaint against brother in the police station of concerned jurisdiction. it can be done by your wife and make it sure that if your wife did give the consent to his brother and proceed accordingly.

if your husband doubt against your character then you take help a person who know you commonly and make clear all doubt against you by your husband. You can also take the help of counsellor. life is long take is easy and respond properly. You had lots of option.

Q: Husband remarrying without divorce what action can i take

I am Hindu .I am contesting divorce case since 2014 filed by husband under HMA 13(a).It is on the stage of arguments in sec24.But now I came to know through my nears and dears that my husband is getting remarried in a month without taking divorce.I am not aware when,how and where.What can i do at this point of time and can I restrict him to do so.

Since you came to know through your nears and dears that your husband is getting remarried in a month without taking divorce. Get assistance from the detective agency so that full proof of marriage can collected and some photographs. Thereafter you can file a criminal complainant of bigamy against your husband and proceed accordingly.
