Q: Is there any judgment in respect of warranty on products purchased

I purchased one mobile in jun 2017 but its not work so co replace this mobile in jan 2018 but this mobile also not work so i am received in this mobile in warranty or not for 12 months of replacement any court order for this...??

Dear sir as you have purchased this mobile and after that you get replaced by the company and again you mobile has not working properly so have received you warranty for 12 months for replacement of the mobile

Bank dawra mere khilaf fir ki gai.1 sal bad muje job se nikal diya gya. Termination ka ise case per kya effect padega?

Q: Clarification regarding effect of criminal matter on gov job

If court acquit the candidate and case under IPC section 323 /341 is not pending in court and he is selected in LDC post then there is any effect on his joining after selection. what he do if any effect on him.

Q: False charges for rape on me and my brother

Sir, I did not do anything with the girl. I nd my brother met her in a public area and we did not touch her, but we are allegedly charged 376. How I can prove innocent my self ..and what about medical because medical can prove us innocent. What should I do now? If the police arrest us, how much time after court can grant us bail. what is the process for this?

First of all no girl can said about this or give a false statements or if has given this false statements then action can be taken against in the court for giving false statements if you are honest be assured.

Q: Can daughter in law claim share in the self acquired property

My father died recently and after this how the property can get transferred in my mother's name also we are one brother and one sister. I am married and well settled .my brother is going through a divorce. Can his wife claim property which is not ancestral but made by the hard earned money of my parents.if that property is in my mother's name
