Q: want to apply for divorce on curilty ground

i m a male and want to apply for divorce on curilty ground, two yr of marraige . no child, my wife in her parent home, already all secondry attempt done.. like panchyati, she is harrasing my family and my mother and making unnecessory and uneassy practice, first tym we ll make make a mutual aggremt and she accepted her all mistake and come to my home but again repeated the same,, pls suggest all positive and negative points for me and my family

Yes u can file a divorce on a ground of cruelty and also on ground of desertion as u have mentioned in your query that she is living apart for two years.as far positive and negative point is concerned that we can talk over phone.

I was married 8 months before. My husband was posted at some another place.i lived with my in laws for about four months. I am a working girl. I had applied for transfer request on spouse ground n got transferred. But my heart doesn't allow me live with him. I don't want to be with him anymore. The family including my husband treat girls much rude.they tried to take all my salary. I won't be able to live with him anymore and want to file divorce.i don't think he will be ready for mutual consent. Please guide me how to proceed. What reasons doest court accept for filing divorce.i am from trauma and doesn't want to even see him

You can file a divorce on a ground of cruelity against your husband. There are several cases in which court usually give divorce on the ground if cruelty but you can only file a divorce case after online year of Marriage.

Yes she can file a complaint against her husband regarding adultery . and.in Indian.penal code their is specific punishment described for adultery. So you can suggest her to go and file a written complain against him.

Yes you can move ahead with your case and file a divorce petion against your wife on the ground of cruelty . yes you also have to proof your case that her act of cruelty is impossible to live with her

Q: How to recover money from brother

Dear Sir I am  an NRI working in . In the year 2015 JULY my younger brother forcefully compelled me to buy the land in the name of my Mother . Now even after construction of house over that piece of land he has not given me any money as promised. Now when i am wanting my land back he has convinced my mom to give 50 % share to him free of cost. I have all the transaction details of money sent from Dubai to my NRE Acct. Kindly advise what i can do to return back my hard earned money/property

You can file a case misappropriation of money , cheating , and criminal breach of trust before the concerned police station , and if u want to move with a civil proceeding u can file a money suit or both the case at a same time
