Q: Can eviction suite can be filed against wife by aged in-laws ?

I am an Hindu & got into an arranged marriage about two & half years ago.But from the day one,I got mental & physical torture from my wife & I decided to approach the family court seeking divorce from my wife & in the month of Feb.16 the family court has given the ex-Party order in favour of me. Now i am staying in a separate rented house & my wife entered my parents house forcibly & denied to leave.My parents approached the police but they are unclear about the law in this case.The house is owned by my Father. Now she challenged the order in high court and filed 498a case against me and my whole family. Now my father filed an eviction Suite against my wife with the reference of recent judgement by Delhi High Court(Son has no legal right in parents’ house, can stay at their mercy). My question is being a senior citizens(Aged abt 77 & 68 years) how much time it will take to dissolve the issue. Is there any option for Senior Citizens to get it done in fast track? If so please help me

Q: my husnand applied for devorce and i dont need it

we couldnt give dowry to my husband from last two years. So with that intention he has applied for devorce by spoiling my character. And he has tapped my phone. But there is nothing illegal i have done there. What should i do. I am a hindu.

Q: Membership transfer fee- Karnataka Apt Owner Act

Hi LR Team, I need a clarification, which i couldn't get from the website Blogs/ FAQs. Question is: Is membership transfer fee levied by an Apartment association on buyer of resale apt flat unit legally tenable ? Background: The association is registered under Karnataka Apt Ownership Act, has demanded & collected the Fee, as per registered Bye-law. My understanding is: This charge seems to be a practise borrowed from Cooperative Housing societies, who are required to manage all the title related documentation. In Group Housing societies, this is the responsibility of the Authorities and the Registrar.

Q: Person falsely accusing of not paying money what can be done

Can I file a fraud case against a person who accused me of not paying his money while in reality I have paid and he is doing this to escape marriage.
