Agar kisi case me koi person bhagga hua hai aur police uske ghar jati hai aur waha koi nhi milta hai aur kuch mahino baad waha per ghar ke member rahte hai toh police unko pareshan kar sakti hai jabki ghar member ko nhi pata woh kaha hai toh kya police unhe arrest kar legi dar ki wajah se ghar member ghar nhi ja rahe hai toh kya solution hai

Hello you can approach the ACP, DCP or commissioner of police and file a complaint that police personnel are harrassing you even after family members of the absconding acussed are cooperating with the police.

Q: I'm Madhu Khosla,#1053/8,Ambala City.Subject-- About Advanced Money.

I've a little confectionery shop in Arjun our colony,Ambala City,near H.B.Colony, sector 8.On 24/1/2024,in the morning,a person came in the shop,telling he is the manager of,Gandhari Beverage,Saha,Ambala,Coca Cola,company.He said if u give him fifteen thousand(15000/)Rs.advance,then the company will send him A fridge,two tables,eight chairs & 2umbrellas & coca-cola,Marines,Soda,Mazza,Boxes.I asked for I Card,then he send his Aadhar Card Copy on my whatsapp. He promised the company will send products yesterday.I said him to give him 7000/- Rs. advance.I gave him advance 7000/-Rs.from Sbi Bank by Atm Card.I taken a slip with his sign.The next day he called me for 2000/-send in his account, reasons was,to get gate pass.I done.But he not given products.l requested him for give products from 24/1/2024,but he making excuses day by day.I requested for my advance,but he switched off mobile.I'm BP& Het.Patient.Pl.give a emergency suggestions.I'll be thankful to u.Madhu Khosla.M.N.9729161220.

Hello you can go to you local police station and file complaint to local police for cheating, breach of trust and fraud against the person to whom you gave the money alongwith the proof of payments made to him , his mobile number, his aadhar card and receipt he has given you

Q: Seller is demanding RTGS before the signing of the transfer documents.

In a property transaction with Seller. Seller is demanding RTGS before the signing of the documents. Now seller is claiming in legal notice since i could not pay him within time so deal stands cancelled and i can take my earnest money back. Though I had made DD ( demand draft ) of balance payment before the expiry of the agreement to sell. and shared a copy of DD with seller. But his persistent demand of RTGS before the transfer didn't make sense to me.please advise. what legal action can

Hello you can send the reply to the legal notice with copy of demand draft and demand for execution of sale deed thereafter you can file suit for specific performance in the Civil Court for execution of the sale deed, you need to check if there is any specific condition of RTGS in agreement to sell

Q: Salary hold during probation period

Sir,I was working with a firm in gurgaon and as per employment letter I can take 1.5 leaves per month . This was my first month of probation period and It was very unfortunate that in the first month I took 3 days (un-uniform) medical leaves because I was unwell. And at the very last moment of paying the salary the employer told me your salary is on hold and they will not pay me as I have been terminated . Please suggest what should I do now

Hello you can send a legal notice to the company demanding payment of pending salary if not resolved you can file complaint to Labour department for the same. Regarding illegal termination terms and conditions of your appointment letter will prevail.

Q: Husband cleverly abandoned in rented flat

Hello sir. I am married since 14 years & was living in JF of husband. I had my breakdown of emotions last month after yrs of humiliation, agony and voilence. when he beaten me & rest of family members started shooting my video crying on mybad luck. I ended up calling police. In Thana I requested police not to lodge FIR as I wanted to settle with him instead of any harsh punishment. He with conspiracy tricked me to move out of that house and dropped me at a rented flat and abandoned.

Hello you can file a complaint under domestic violence act against your husband and family members and you can also file petition for providing maintenance for yourself and children living with you (if any) against your husband
