Q: Can my siblings deny my rights on parental property

We are Hindu family . We are three brothers . And my father expires 18 years back . My father has their own house but my two brothers have sell that house and take share from them . My mother expire 1 years back . So there are property also in name of two brothers but they are refused to give me . As according to law if will is not made then share are equal but they are not giving me money neither my share . What to do to take action regarding this ?

You can file declaration suit for making the sale of house null n void and also for your title in the property. As you r having equal share in the property. U can also file criminal complaint if sale is not proper.

Q: Want to file for divorce and alimony living separately for 8 months

Its complete 3 years of marriege and we don't have baby from 8 months i am a post graduate lady and i don't have a job also and we are living seprate from 8 months now he is saying don't come back i'll not accept u i want to know if i will file divorce how much alimony and property i'll get from him

For filing divorce u must seperate for 1 year.and many factor decide alimony like salary and property of ur husband and ur capabilty to earn. And the reason why r u living apart. U can also file domestic violnece and maintenace case.

Aap apne sath ho rahe pratarna k liye apne pati par criminal case file kar sakte h.tatha usi ko aadhar banate hue divorce ki mang kar sakte h. Divorce application family court m lagta h. Kisi advocate s sampark kar .apni sari kahani bataye Uske aadar par divorce case file kare.iske alwa bharan poshan ka application aur gharelu hinsa ka application bhi file kar sakte h.
