My girlfriend with whom I had 5 year relationship and we were frequently in intercourse relationship charged me of rape after I broke up went with another woman as the intercourse was consensual but now she alleged as non consensual i only have some photographs together after the alleged incident as prove and some witnesses who are aware of our friendly relations post alleged incident ,how can I save myself

Use all the conversations, datings u did together any common friend of you act as witness, it’s not a technical thing to deal with , all u need to prove is it took five years for her to report she was raped so . Collect all written evidence and ppl in favour of u out of common friends

Prostitution is illegal in India , how ever having sex with a major age women with her consent is not an offence and it doesn’t matter if you had paid for getting the sex as long as you sex was consensual . Therefore as I have mentioned here this how you can proceed

Hi,nI am a Canadian citizen (used to be an Indian citizen ) currently residing in Canada. I am getting married to a guy who is a Permanent resident of Canada but still an Indian citizen. We are planning to get married in India but are confused in terms of the marriage registration. Would need your advice on whether to register the marriage in Canada itself or we can do that in India as well. If India, what would be the right way to go about it? We both are HindunThank you!

To register the marriage , you need to be have ID proof such as Aadhar card and voter card. Either of the party have an address of that city and state where you want to register the marriage . Since you are a Canadian citizen so you need NOC from Canada Embassy which is required for your spouse to apply for citizenship. You have to disclose ur Canada citizenship as marriage certificate In india has address of both the parties. In case you want to do marriage registration in Delhi I have been dealing with same . Q: Husband asking for wife's salary what she can do legally

My husband wants me to see the household expenditure now after 3 yrs of my Marriage..he earns well and far higher income than me. He has already transferred half of my 2yrs income and has given to his sister also without my consent.
