I have filed criminal writ petition in supreme court. My case is listed in Registrar court instead of main court. Is it fair? Does the registrar has same powers and functions of supreme court?

You must have filed some applications along with your writ petition. For disposal of those cases first case has been listed in registrar court. After approval of registrar court, the case would be transferred to the main court.

Supreme court ne st sc act me jo judgment diya tha uske against govt adhyadesh laa rhi he is adhyadesh ke againt appeal ho skti he?

President of India is free to bring in any Ordinance even to reverse any judgment of the court. If you feel that any ordinance is against the provisions of constitution you can approach the court again for declaring that ordinance unconstitutional.

You need to register your entity with the with Ministry of Corporate Affairs. You need to purchase domain name, apply for trademark of your company or brand name, apply for GST, MSME Certificate, Shops and Establishment Act Certificate. So,it would be advisable to register the trademark the name you buy as your domain. There is no need to open an office for online website. You can use your residence address for communication purpose.
