Q: Original third-party GPA not available when selling a site

Now I am trying to sell a site that I had bought from an original BDA-allotee about 10 years back. This original BDA-allottee had made a GPA in some other person's name which he had subsequently cancelled. I only have photocopies of this GPA and its cancellation. Are these originals mandatory when I am selling this site to some other person? What are the possible solution to this?I am Hindu

My cousin was in central jail,because he was helped one couple who was that girl miner,after they were arrest these boy ,so he don't have money his family is not wealth position so give me suggestion for release my cousin

Which central jail if its Bengaluru .Pls contact our office ill suggest you. You don't have money its not matter.You're not disclose age of that boy. You come with FIR and charge sheet, complaint.

I am from Hindu maratha family,my father had property of 8acreas of land through joint family, which is self acquired property then he tranfered half the property to my name and half to mother's name,through wardi which is not registered .now my mother has expired n my sisters are claiming the property, my father is alive can he get back the property

Q: Property pledge for 14 years does it get any ownership

Hi sir, my forefather has pledge the property for 14 years between 1932 to 1946. The pledge can enjoy the income from property for the above period. Does pledge owns any owner ship on the property? Since he enjoyed the property for 14 years .. is there any limit in pledge? Kindly advice.

Q: Need advice on litigation process

Sir I am  we r hindus we have filed a case ofvsection 498 on my brother in law and his family before proceeding goes he said we will compromise and he cheated us but now he took direction that the case should be closed by court without other accused we can't proceed but we filled application to honorable court to take them to trials but court rejected the application we r going to high court for revision shallwe get justice
