Now I am trying to sell a site that I had bought from an original BDA-allotee about 10 years back. This original BDA-allottee had made a GPA in some other person's name which he had subsequently cancelled. I only have photocopies of this GPA and its cancellation. Are these originals mandatory when I am selling this site to some other person? What are the possible solution to this?I am Hindu

I am from Hindu maratha family,my father had property of 8acreas of land through joint family, which is self acquired property then he tranfered half the property to my name and half to mother's name,through wardi which is not registered .now my mother has expired n my sisters are claiming the property, my father is alive can he get back the property

Sir I am  we r hindus we have filed a case ofvsection 498 on my brother in law and his family before proceeding goes he said we will compromise and he cheated us but now he took direction that the case should be closed by court without other accused we can't proceed but we filled application to honorable court to take them to trials but court rejected the application we r going to high court for revision shallwe get justice
