send legal notice for dissolution of marriage. also collect evidence about the affair of your wife which will help you in getting divorce. alternatively if you can send the notice for restitution if u desire

Q: Transfer of property belonging to mother as no will exists

Hello..! My mother is intestate And we are 11 brother and sisters There is a village property on my mother's name I want to take the transfer of property on my name. My three elder brothers are passed away Only I am remaining I want to know the procedure for this case

you have to apply for succession certificate along with all your brothers and sisters and their legal heirs. then only you can transfer the property to your name if release deed executed in your favor.

Q: Procedure to send legal notice on cheque bounce.

the query is not clear. mention dates. you have to send a notice after returning the cheque. the notice must be sent within 30 days from the date of dishonor of the cheque or when you got cheque return memo from the bank.

Q: Divorce for daughter in case husband promised for mutual consent

my daughter got married on 24/12/2016. Due to troubles in joint family and harassment from husband . She moved out of matrimonial home on 11/11/2017. The husband and his father agreed for mutual consent divorce initially . But now they are saying that all mistake is of my daughter and asking us reasons why she left . They are also alleging that daughter may have physical problem and making several allegations . I wish to know if they can file any petition directly in court without mutual consent and can they make any false allegations on my daughter . If they say to court that my daughter left without consent , then are they not liable to pay any maintenance or money to my daughter . what is that they can do to obtain divorce and spoil image of my daughter and also not pay anything . In this situation what should I do . I am hindu . Daughter now lives in pune with me .

what exactly you want to do? she wants to divorce and maintenance or want to go back? she can claim maintenance. also, u can file a divorce case. you have to prove harassment if its physical. or you can opt for mental cruelty. you can also file domestic violence case.
