Q: Injury caused inside company premises how to claim medical expenses?

On 30.9.15 a false ceiling slab fell on my son's head while he was sitting in his office. Due to this he has developed serious pain in his head. Earlier he had suffered psychotic attacks due to an incident in the same company. At the time of getting injured he was, however, normal. After that he has suffered relapse of the psychotic disorder and has not been able to attend work. When I wrote to his company for salary, they are denying it. They are insisting on tests at a particular place. Please suggest whether he can relief under the Law.

1. first sent lawyer legal notice to ur son company and claim medical expenses for injury caused to ur son.2. if u get no response from said company then u can file case in labour court to get medical expenses from said company for injury caused to ur son in course of his duty.



Q: Manager humiliated me I resigned company threatening for dues

Dear Sir/Ma'm, I was employed with a company which sent me on a business migration to USA. After I signed my employment letter, I was told that I need to fly to USA immediately and have to sign the bond/service agreement. I had no option but to sign. When I came back the management changed my process to a different one. After that the manager in new process one day asked me to get out of office. Feeling humiliated, I resigned. However the company is now further mentally harassing me by sending legal notice for recovery of dues. The lawyer has also threatened to file a police complaint.

Q: Property is physically divided how can we file for our legal share

Hi, Greetings !!! Please, advise, what property me ( 35 yr. Male) my wife ( 30yrs), and my daughter (1 yr.) has the right to take from my father. my father has 1) ancestral property ( only physically divided to make his home, like our uncle's i.e. father's brothers, but is not divided on paper/court/ at registrar office) 2) Self Acquired property from his earnings please advise under both cases, what If he makes will or if he does not make any will, I hope he cannot make will on our share. 1. ur father can give his self acquired property to any person by will.2. in ancestral property of ur father all legal heirs have 1 share each which u can get by filing partition suit in court.he cannot make will of ancestral property.
