Q: Financial harassment by the HDFC Bank for recovery of loan

My name Randeep Ram, i had taken a personal loan from HDFC bank account no is 36739444, the loan was applied in Dec-2015 for amount of 2,50,000. At the time of disbursement of loan bank disbursed me an amount of 150612 and the balance amount bank asked me to disburse into ICICI loan account no LPDEL00027234297 in DD to close the outstanding of ICICI personal loan. but I didnt receive DD from HDFC bank. I had paid myself the all EMI's of ICICI loan and ICICI loan had been closed by me in Nov'16. The HDFC bank disbursed me 150612 on dated 22/12/15 in my KOTAK account , i am repaying from to HDFC bank for 2,50,000, i want to know where is my rest loan amount Rs.100000 from HDFC bank but HDFC bank says it had been given to me. I am suffering and paying EMI for Rs.250000 but i had received RS.150612.. Please give me suggestions

You should ask for encashment proof of 100000 DD and who has encashed it and when. If it is not related to you just Lodge a complaint with banking ombudsman, RBI, Police etc.you will get quick response.



Q: How to deal with harassment and false accusations of dowry

I am USA citizen and my wife is Indian citizen we have been married for 1.8 years and now she flew back to india and complained about me and my family about dowry we did not asked anything from her. She stayed with my parents for only one day after marriage and then we flew back to USA we have been sharing rent and Orr her experience after 7 month of marriage I found out she has extra marital affairs now she been back to India and harassing my parents what I can do

Hi, we have three member in family me my father and my aunt (father sister married ). my grand mother eject my father on paper. after death of my grandmother , i have any right on the property of my grand mother? or it's goes to full of my aunt. property is pure of my grandmother.because it's purchase after my grand father death. my grandmother was working lady.

If you can not live there peacefully, you can seek divorce on the basis of extremely marital affairs of your husband, But you have to prove this beyond doubt. Some other ground are also ti looked into
