Hello sir/mam..my name is..actually my issue is tht there is a panchayat in dwarka sector who has taken a decision to make a big wall in front of our house and in fact in a street Which is very narrow.. There is only one house over there which is of us..they are only expanding the temple in a very narrow street So do we have any authorization to stop them..plz answer

Q: Can you convict someone for theft /pick pocketing what proof needed

Can I be charged or convicted of theft / pickpocketing if a person says i have pickpocketed his phone as his phone was there with him and when I left the place phone was not there with him saying I only have done it.And also I was the only one standing next to him at the store. Is it enough proof argument to convict and is this argument enough to prove beyond reasonable doubt

Dear Sir i want to know if a person doing marrige with any girl without inform about his first marrige and divorce although his first wife done fir on his on that time,on him and his family members for 498a etc,and same fir done by 2nd wife ,they threw out his second wife also in pregnancy's advance stage than what crpc or ipc are applicable in FIR ?CAN POLICE ARREST HIM OR HIS ANY FAMILY MEMBER ? after this can he file any application in court to meet that child ?

In Hindu Marriage Act no person is allowed to have second marriage if he is having 1st wife. For this you have to get divorced from the 1st wife. You can face criminal proceeding against the same. Pl contact



Q: Release of money deposited in high court against bail

Sir After my mother death I sold property of my mother which she sold me in 2001 she died in 2010. On the basis of will my brother took stay after my selling. N also put an fir against me u/ 420/406/471 ipc because I encash post dated cheques after my mother death. Court deposit my registry amt and bank any in court n gve bail to me. Now civil suit is dismissed fr default. Can court release my registry amount now ?
