My father had bought a property co-owner being my mother. Loan was running. He passed away. Loan closed. How to transfer the property in my mother name in full? No will. Legal heir certificate made from Gurgaon tehsildar.

Q: What is the procedure to enter into a legal agreement

I need to ask whether I should use legal stamp(Rs. 10, Rs. 20 etc.) paper or plain paper when I am lending one of my colleagues an amount of more than Rs. 2 lacs which he has to pay within 6 months failing which he needs to pay an interest of 18% per annum. I need proper format by which I can take legal action against him if he is absconding. Also, he, his father and brother are also involved in the transaction. Kindly guide me.

I have taken a personal loan from axis bank and i was not able to pay the emi on time for a very long time and i have recieved a letter to be appear in the patiala house court as there is a complaint under sections 138 & 142 of the negotiable instruments act, 1881. So i need to know what to do

Q: Applied for Visa husband diagnosed with medical issue what can I do

I am applying for an L2 Visa for my spouse. The date we are getting at present is somewhere in Oct, meanwhile he has been detected with a medical issue which requires surgery at the earliest possible. Can he apply under expedited visa category on medical grounds. The surgery is not an emergency surgery however required to be carried out at the earliest possible because of the side effects of the medicine he is taking. What is the possibility of the request being rejected.
