Q: Maar pit ka medical bnwake ke mere or meri patni k upar case kr diya

Mere saale ki shaadi meri jaan pehchan waledost ki behen se hui thi उसने साजिश के तहत मेरे ऊपर और मेरी पत्नी के ऊपर एक फ़र्ज़ी मार पीट का मुकदमा लिख वाडिया और उसमे उसने अपनी बहन का सरकारी मेडिकल बनवा लिया और उसके आधार पे पुलिस ने हमारे खिलाफ chargeshet लगा दी लेकिन सच मै हमने कोई मारपिट नही करी और उस दिन वो हमारे पास आया भी नही उसने एक मेडिकल और बनवा रखा है 2 दिन पहले का जब मैंने rti lagayi उसमे सिर्फ जिन्होंने मेडिकल बन वाये है उनके नाम आगये है उसमे 2 दिन के अंतराल मै उसने अपनी बहन के दो मेडिकल bnwaye हुए है लेकिन उसने पहले मेडिकल का जिक्र Fir मै नही किया लेकिन जब हमने यह बात पुलिस को बतायी तो उन्होम कहाँ कि आप चिंता मत करो निष्पक्ष जांच होगी लेकिन कुछ 1 हप्ते बाद पुलिस ने मुझे बताया कि लड़की ने बताया है कि 2 दिन पहले उसके पति ने उसको मारा था उसके घर पे आकर लेकिन वो बात भी एकदम झूठी है क्योंकि वो तो ३महीने से लड़की के घर गया ही नही और फिर एकदम पुलिस ने चार्ज शीट लगा दी जिस आदमी कि बहन से मेरे साले कि शादी हुई वो पेशे से पत्रकार है और उसने पहले ही कहाँ था कि पुलिस मै जो मै कहूंगा वो

इसमें डरने जैसी कोई बात नहीं है घरेलू हिंसा के मुकदमों में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की नई गाइडलाइन के अनुसार पुलिस अधिकारी को निष्पक्ष जांच करके रिपोर्ट तैयार करनी होगी तथा उसी आधार पर गिरफ्तारी हो सकती है अन्यथा सिर्फ कोर्ट से समन प्राप्त होता है जिसमें कोर्ट में उपस्थित होने के लिए कहा जाता है और उसके बाद आप कोर्ट में उपस्थित होकर अपनी सफाई में अपनी बात रख सकते हैं उसके बाद कोर्ट तय करेगी कि आप दोषी हैं या नहीं है।

Q: Regarding an online trading fraud .

I have order placed a order on an online shopping site but they didn't delivered it to me . There is no medium to communicate with them except mails I mailed them several times but all I get is excuses . I had already paid the amount with my card and still waiting for my parcel it has been more than 3 weeks what legal action can I take against the seller??

send the legal notice through advocate to responsible company. so visit to an advocate for legal action. at first notice is compulsory for any legal action. you can't set the case without inform to party and information for legal action against the second party is compulsory and through an advocate.

Q: Student gives surety for friend for in case of non appearance in court

I'm a student and today I've given surety for a freind for Rs30,000.if he does not appear in court can i get arrested or other consequences

Yes it's law if he doesn't appear in the court then court will be issue warrent for you but you can appear in the court and diposit 30000 and release your surety and after that you will free from this case.

Q: What should be done in a rape, molestation and cheating case

Sir, a boy met me on 21 may 2017 through social site and we became friend. After sometime he call me his house and make physical relationship without my permission and he said he will marry me and he is doing for 1 year now he is refusing me. What should I do?

Only one years friendship and you had physical relationship with him and your friendship based on social site even you are a girl. Girls can't intimate only one years friendship but you have. So now you can lodge FIR at your police station under section of rape.

Q: Property settlement after death of mother

We are 4 Hindu brothers (no sister). Our house, built by parents, was on the name of my mother who has expired in Jan2018. She was also owning a plot. All the brothers sat together and decided I will pay a certain amount to two brothers and get the house. The plot will be given to the fourth brother. 1. Please advise the simplest (with low stamp duty) way to achieve this settlement. 2. Obviously, we want that in future no one should face any legal problem if we try to sale the properties. 3. The brothers who will get money or their heirs must not create any legal problem later. Thanks in advance.

You can file succession case at the nearest civil court with all your four brothers the court will be record to all of brothers statement and will be order for dividation of your property then you all will be legal owner of this property.Contact to Advocate.
