Q: Rectification of plot number on property papers of ancestral property

my khandani property has been partisioned over 50 year. But by mistake on paper the plot no is exchanged by other parties. Now he is claiming on that property. he is saying to exchange the property, because on paper plot number is changes. is there any possibilities to get correction on paper.

Q: How to legally get son to provide financial support to senior parents

If a married working son is not giving daily expenses to his own non working parents then is there a way to get the money from the son legally or by the law of Indian constitution. Kindly explain.

Yes a father has legal rights to demand maintenance from his son and daughter also , If a married working son is not giving daily expenses to his own non working parents then he can file a maintenance case under cr. P.c. to the family court. U need to contact a good lawyer eve

Q: What to do if there is mistake in the registry of plot

Sir, Need to know about a solution related to incorrect plot no registered against my grandfather.A friend of my Grand Father transferred some land having different plot no around 1975.But one of plot was incorrectly registered as 138 in place of 178.That person has expired and had no offspring and other blood relations alive.My grand father is also no more.During division of lands among my father and uncles it came to the notice.Please let me know how it can be corrected as other plots have been correctly registered except this one. This is mearly a mis description . You can file suit for rectification under specific relief Act in the competent court having jurisdiction to decide it. You can also seek a relief for declaration of title... U Wil surely get relief.. u can contact me or other good lawyer.

Q: How to stop father from selling the land

Sir, my father is a completely alcoholic man.he always use to say to my mother that I will sell that land.actually we have a land outside city which is in my father's name.can we do something that that land can't be sold without our family concern. Please help..please

If the property is purchased by your father himself, he can sale it as per his choice normally he can't be stopped from selling the property. But if property has been transferred without consent or in drunken condition, it can be set aside. A suit for injunction can also be filled... Consult a good laywer..

Q: Is it possible to get bail without paying amount under section 138

Sir In cheque bounce case under138 NI act is it possible to get bail without making payment?Opposition lawyer trying to get bail so what should I do to stop his bail.

case under section138 N. I. Act is bailable offence so the accused has legal right to be enlarged on bail, even though accused don't pay the dues amount. So you cannot stop accused from being enlarged on bail.
